Your Teacher & Guide

Joy Rebel Coach & Tantrik Yoga Teacher

Kara-Leah Grant

I am joyfully, passionately devoted to the path of awakening and liberation via the teachings of Trika Shaivism (Tantrik Yoga) and have been for decades. I completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice in 2021, and have learned directly from Christopher Tompkins, Christopher Wallis, Harshada and Shiva Rea — some of the most respected teachers in this lineage alive today. I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching applied Tantra, what I've lived, tested, and applied in the middle of real life — as a mother, a writer, and someone who has been through the fire more than once. I've written three books, published hundreds of articles, and my work has reached millions of people across the world. My focus is always the same: helping you practically apply Tantrik teachings and practices to your actual life — not someday, not once things calm down, but right now, in whatever is happening. That's what Joy Rebel Tantra is — and what every course in this Toolbox is built for. The path I've walked, mapped, and road-tested, so you don't have to figure it out alone.
