Kara-Leah Grant

Kara-Leah is a devoted coach & Tantrik yogi and teacher who leads others on the path of Joy Rebel Tantra, and supports identity shifts with her coaching. She has practiced and taught yoga for decades, diving deep into Trika Shaivism and learning from teachers like Shiva Rea, Christopher Tompkins, and Christopher Wallis. Through her articles, books, and teachings, Kara-Leah has impacted millions, offering transformative insights for those ready to awaken and liberate. Kara-Leah empowers clients and students to practically apply Tantrik teachings and practices in their daily lives to deal with the challenges of modern life, so that they can create a life of aliveness, freedom and joy. Kara-Leah lives in Nelson, Canada, with her teenage son. She completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice in 2021, and is now on a daily chanting practice. She is the author of three books and continues to inspire others to live from liberation and teach from a place of profound presence.
