Lara Charlotte is a mentor, writer, healer and astrologer focused on the soul's embodied journey. She completed a 5 year shamanic apprenticeship in the Peruvian Amazon and sees planetary intelligence as part of the extended ecosystem to which we all belong. By weaving the mythic and energetic medicine of astrology with embodiment, ritual and plant medicine she cultivates powerful spaces for transformation, healing and evolution both personal and collective.

I am joyfully, passionately devoted to the path of awakening and liberation via the teachings of Trika Shaivism (Tantrik Yoga) and have been for decades. I completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice in 2021, and have learned directly from Christopher Tompkins, Christopher Wallis, Harshada and Shiva Rea — some of the most respected teachers in this lineage alive today. I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching applied Tantra, what I've lived, tested, and applied in the middle of real life — as a mother, a writer, and someone who has been through the fire more than once. I've written three books, published hundreds of articles, and my work has reached millions of people across the world. My focus is always the same: helping you practically apply Tantrik teachings and practices to your actual life — not someday, not once things calm down, but right now, in whatever is happening.
