What's an Embodied Liberation Yoga Class?

This class isn’t about learning postures. It’s about liberating your body, mind, and energy system from the inside out.

You’ll begin with breath and movement to awaken your body’s intelligence. Whether standing or seated, the focus is on attuning to Prana-Śakti and letting Her move you. This builds trust, deepens surrender, and opens the flow of energy.

Next, we move into seated practice. This may include meditation, pranayama, chanting, or visualisation. Each practice helps you stabilise awareness, digest emotion, and anchor insight.

We close with a Dharma Talk and open Q&A. This is your space to bring what’s alive for you and receive grounded guidance on your spiritual path.

The class runs for about 45 minutes.
If you’ve already learned Ucchāra Practice with KL, you’re welcome to stay afterwards for a shared, unrecorded group practice.
