Come sit in the current of Ucchāra

where the fire of awareness devours your sh*t, for real.

Each week we gather online, each in our own space yet moving in the same current, breath anchoring us, awareness lighting the way.

For just $1/week, this space invites you to keep the fire of your practice alive in community.

Entry is for those who have already tasted Ucchāra with me, through a workshop or training, and feel the call to return again and again.

Haven't completed a Ucchāra workshop or training yet?

Check out these two options online.

Embodied Liberation Teacher & Mentor

Kara-Leah Grant

Kara-Leah is a devoted yogi and teacher who leads others on the path of embodied liberation. She has practiced and taught yoga for decades, diving deep into Trika Shaivism and learning from teachers like Shiva Rea, Christopher Tompkins, and Christopher Wallis. Through her articles, books, and teachings, Kara-Leah has impacted millions, offering transformative insights for those ready to awaken and liberate. Kara-Leah empowers yoga teachers to teach from a place of deep, embodied presence—living their yoga, not just practicing it. She helps students apply yoga philosophy and view teachings to their daily lives, guiding them to create a life of awakening and liberation through dedicated practice. Kara-Leah lives in Squamish, Canada, with her teenage son. She completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice in 2021, and is now on a daily chanting practice. She is the author of three books and continues to inspire others to live from liberation and teach from a place of profound presence.
